Question by Lilyflower: The DoE bought my loans last year. I forgot the site to see my account, and a search turned up the wrong one.? I'm pretty sure it's somewhere on www.ed.gov, but the only login page I can find is the one for Direct loans, and apparently those aren't right. Anybody know? Best answer for The DoE bought my loans last year. I forgot the site to see my account, and a search turned up the wrong one.?:

Answer by Thea
Do you have any paperwork that would show the specific information of who owns your loans? If not, you might want to try contacting the DoE directly, by phone. You'll probably have a long hold, but they'll know the system better than you, and will (most likely) be able to at least transfer you to someone in the right department. Perhaps this site? http://www.nslds.ed.gov/nslds_SA/

Answer by danceallnight
You should go to the NSLDS site Thea mentioned. You will need your PIN to access your information.
